This program combines Qigong Practices group sessions, health and wellness coaching, and holistic intervention through individual therapies to support mental health and behaviour management. This program is tailored to NDIS participants with conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and ADHD, emphasising emotional release, physical alignment, and mental clarity.

Program Components

1. Holistic Individual Therapy Sessions

Delivered under NDIS Codes 01_741_0128_1_3 and 15_056_0128_1_3.

2. Behavioural and Emotional Skill Development

  • Development of personalized behavioural support plans to address specific challenges.
  • Practical techniques for self-regulation, such as breathing exercises, visualisation, and grounding.

3. Qigong-Based Group Sessions

Delivered under NDIS Code 09_008_0116_6_3.

Activities include:

• Qigong movements for grounding and enhancing energy flow.
• Guided meditations for emotional balance and focus.
• Peer interactions to build confidence and shared learning.

• Duration: weekly 90-minute sessions.
• Class Size: 4–6 participants for a supportive environment.

Program Structure & Fees

Duration

12 weeks with:
• 1 individual therapy session (60 minutes) per week.
• 1 group session (90 minutes) per week.

Aftercare

Monthly follow-up sessions (individual or group) for 3 months to reinforce progress.

Charges

• Individual Therapy: $180 per session (NDIS Code 01_741_0128_1_3).
• Behavioral Support: $180 per session (NDIS Code 15_056_0128_1_3).
• Group Sessions: $60 per participant per session (NDIS Code 09_008_0116_6_3).

Dr. Heidi Yuen is a certified Emotion, Body and Belief Code practitioner, as well as a registered traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupuncturist, registered Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner, certified Spinal Flow practitioner and qualified remedial massage therapist.
