Excess weight, especially obesity, is a major risk factor for heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, some musculoskeletal conditions and some cancers. As the level of excess weight increases, so does the risk of developing these conditions. Apart from the impact on physical health, being overweight or obese can also affect psychological heath, possibly leading to depression, low self-esteem or social stigmatization.

Many people have tried different weight loss programs and managed to lose some weight, but the challenge is bouncing back.

Heidi is currently completing her PhD at RMIT researching Chinese Herbal medicine for weight management.

The approach of our weight loss program is holistic and tailor-made to individuals. No special diet or vigorous physical exercise are required. The healthy weight tends to be restored naturally through acupuncture treatment, cupping, Chinese herbs, weight loss tea, Qigong exercises and dietary adjustment. Apart from losing weight, we strive to let our clients feel more balanced and energetic, sleep better at night and become happier during the day.
