Dr. Listiyani Astuti is the founder and practitioner behind Aesha Spirit, a holistic wellness practice devoted to supporting self-discovery, healing, and spiritual evolution. Based in Melbourne, Australia, she offers a heart-centered blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Yang Sheng (through dietary therapy and lifestyle guidance), Meditation, and Spiritual Coaching.
With a background in classical Chinese Medicine and a deep passion for mind-body-spirit alignment, her work is anchored in the belief that true healing arises when all parts of ourselves—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic—are honoured and integrated.
Her signature treatment, Transformational Acupuncture, is an esoteric acupuncture style that supports mental health while facilitating soul-level healing and consciousness elevation through chakra work and sacred geometry. She is also certified in Access Bars and B4 Format—both gentle energy healing modalities that use light touch to release energetic blockages, promoting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to the inner self.
In addition to her extensive training in holistic healing, Dr. Listiyani is a trauma-informed practitioner trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). She holds a compassionate and emotionally safe space, with a clear presence that supports clients in feeling seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Dr. Listiyani is a nationally registered acupuncturist and herbalist with AHPRA and the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia, and a member of the Australian Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
