Despite the small size of acupuncture needles, she believes in their effectiveness when targeting the right therapeutic points corresponding to the area of ache/pain, balancing the body’s yin and yang, and observing how the body responds to treatment.
Furthermore, Sammie is a PhD candidate in Chinese Medicine and Health Science. Her research interest is Chinese herbal medicine and ADHD.
Sammie also values mental health and actively takes care of hers, especially during or after a busy week. She finds relaxation in nature, enjoying the sun, listening to her favorite music, and engaging in activities like pickle ball.
She is enthusiastic about utilizing her knowledge and skills to contribute to people’s overall health and well-being improvement.
